I recently ran into similar issues during tech and unfortunately had to reinstall windows on the computer to resolve the issue.
I was running a ryzen 2600u Radeon rx580
the show had 2 projectors running off of DisplayPort and HDMI ports on the graphics card
the Monitor was running off the SDI port
I'm sure there is a better way, but I could not figure out how to do so
what was bizarre about my experience was that when I relaunched IZZY I had to rebuild the show file. None of the backup files would open on the show computer, however, they would open on my laptop. So I had to repatch the show for a couple of hours on a dark day.
I recently got the opportunity to work with some other media servers on a film set, and one feature that was helpful was the ability to apply a color lut .cube file to a video layer. Would it be possible to create a Color Lutt actor that accepted .cube files and could also receive a mask input?

The Troikatronix team does not have any ESI products to test with. I am looking into local rental options to expand testing of audio interfaces. I will add ESI to my list. Unfortunately there are far too many brands on the market for us to reach complete coverage.
usualy there is no need to have the audio being routed through your video chain. It is common practice to have them separated until the point, where they are streamed. This could be OBS on the same machine where Isadora runs (without audio through it), a separated computer or a hardware streamer like a Aja Halo. Only on this final point they get married and streamt right away. You might have to manage some latency issues by delaying audio or video on some point, to have it syncronised. This can be done by OBS or some hardware delay devices.
It is the same for live TV productions or any other, stream or recording.
The only reason to have audio going through izzy, would be effects or generating them from there.
thanks Hugh - i just had a message from one of the organisers, who said pretty much the same thing. obviously i would have to take time zones into consideration, but its my kind of project.... i might fill in the form and see what happens... :)
Just curious if anyone tried using RealSense Depth Camera D415 with Isadora on Mac? I have really good results with D435 but curious if it would work with D415 as well (even though it's not included in the officially supported list yet). Also, If the izzy team think it's worth testing, I can look into testing it, if it's simply not worth testing until it's included on the official supported list, then this is helpful for me to know too :)

I haven't been having as many issues since our last update. Reply generally works as expected for me now (chrome on PC).
The behaviour you are having sounds similar to what was happening to me previously. If you click on the forum menu, then recent, and then into the post you want to reply to, the cache seems to be corrected (it gets mixed up with forward/backwards moves thru the posts) and will let you reply as expected.
