Hello dear Isa Community
Does anyone use a Tangent Ripple with OSC in Isadora? No matter which port I use in Isa, the OSC auto detection in Isa does not work. It works fine for TouchOSC ... But the tangent ripple also works in conjunction with Hexler's Protocol - there the output of the ripple is monitored correct.
Does anyone have an idea? Possibly package size or something?
Thanks for your help and greetings from vienna,
Tom

seems like a good opportunity to re-mention my feature request for freedom controls. if controls weren't limited to living in the control panel, they could float around in their own windows or be docked to actors in the patch window.
Currently OSC can't be assigned in the Edit Go Triggers dialogue, however, how I have worked around this in the past is to set up a MIDI trigger in this dialogue and create a User Actor that receives OSC, and sends MIDI (to a MIDI loopback).
Of course, you need to add the User Actor to every scene (or a constant background scene).
I'll make sure we have, adding OSC to the Go triggers Dialog, in the feature requests!
Hi I wanted to know too, so here is an untested concept. This user actor would have to live in each scene if you want transition overrides. Or else you could trigger a background scene.
Triggers:
/isadora/1 —> Q1
/isadora/2 —> Q2
/isadora/3 —> Q3
etc
Setting up to listen for OSC:

you can use the timecode control in the control panel (Cmd+Shift+C or Cmd¨Shift+S to have both as in the picture bottom

Double click on the control to set the font size in the opening window.
Thank you for the link it helps a lot and thank you for the info
if you dont mind me asking a gain, is there is a way to make the timecode magnified (bigger) as its too small to for a person next to me to read.
Thank you a lot
Thank you so Much, I feel stupid :)
