I had a feeling the limit might have something to do with the whole cycles thing. I will admit that I neglected to search the forum before asking this question, such is the danger of posting late at night. Hopefully the repeat topic will show that there is continued interest in pushing the limits of these actors. Maybe we'll get an answer this time around, now that hardware has advanced 5 years and gotten more powerful, as you pointed out.
