I used this same Izzy patch with OSX 10.7 and TripleHead 2Go in December performances with no problems. Many on the forum are using OSX 10.8.5 and I have not seen any problem like this. Thank you.</p>

They were underneath my Izzy control panel window. I think I know what happened. In my studio I use a 27" monitor but I keep the Izzy control panel the same size as my 13" laptop so that it "looks &amp; feels" right when I perform. I move the stage 1, 2 &amp; 3 windows over to the right and I do image editing in two other windows. Usually I would move the stage 1,2 &amp; 3 windows back on top of the Izzy control panel window before shutting down. I think I've done this before and the Gather Displays command in 10.7 would "find" all the Izzy stage displays for me. I cannot remember for sure. Anyway I am back to "normal". Thanks for your comments.</p>
<div>@Iplpoz: thanks for your post. You made me look one more time</div>

<div>my 2 cents: not a 10.8.x behavior.</div>
<div>I'm running 10.8.5 on my MacBook Air and the Force Stage Preview show me the Stages without any glitch, with or without any screen connected.</div>

I waited a year before upgrading to 10.8 trying to avoid these kinds of issues.</p>
<div>
<div>Are there any Izzy "work-arounds" that allow Stages 1,2 &amp; 3 to show up without the Matrox connected?</div>
<div>
<div>I "assume" that with the Matrox connected, OS10.8 will give me the same projection functionality as 10.7</div>
<div>I will search the Izzy forum now.</div>
<div>Thanks for your expertise!</div>

I am away from my studio for a month and do not have an external monitor or my Matrox with me. Before 10.8, Stages 1,2 &amp; 3 would show up on my laptop screen and I could work. I've learned from the Apple forum that 10.8 display prefs requires you to hold the option key to get the detect display button to become visible. I suspect 10.8 requires the Matrox to be connected. Rats!</p>
