I have some trouble on my show with freeze on video. Sometimes, not every times, some video freeze and I don't understand why...
I have:
iMac with 3,06GHz intel core 2 duo
16Go 1067 MHz DDR3 (4x4 Go)
ATI Radeon HD 4670 256Mo
OSX 10.9.4 (13E28)
SSD 250 Go
For the video, I have 5 files:
-All in .MOV
-All in 1920*1200
-All in codecs AAC, Apple ProRes 422 (Proxy)
Size: 279,9 Mo / 268,5 Mo / 186,8 Mo / 616,2 Mo / 356,1 Mo
On Isadora (1.3.0f24), my preference is:
Target frame rate: 25 fps
General service: 10x per frame (4.000 mS)

You are using HD format video, it become easy to max cpu processing in these cases.

Isadora V2 introduces gpu based video which makes HD video processing  a snap.

Please download the newest Isadora Pre-Release you find the download links at the bottom of the page.

You will not have access to the 2.0 features if you didn't buy a 2.0 license, but there are many bug fixes that all 1.x licences users will profit from.
