Unfortunately there is a delay of about half a second. Is there any way to get it changing instantly? I am on windows 10 and using a Photo-jpg Quicktime movie. Has anybody an idea?</p>

And anyway I also need the smooth transitions. By the way I used wav-files.<br />
I now tried an mp3-file which is played only in the movieplayer, not in the sound-player. But this seems to works fine now for me.</p>

<div style="font-size:13.3333px">You likely have a few options there. Depending on your system's audio card, one may be better than the others.</div>

But now I have some jerk (I hope thsi is the right word). Its just not playing perfectly smooth, although the framerate is constantly at 25fps. And since I have very slow camerapans in my video this is very important. Any idea what could work better.</p>

But unfortunalty the quality is not good, even on 100%. So I will try mp4, or did you have any bad experience with that?</p>

<div>AVI, can contain many things. Using Cinepak will give performance similar to a pjpeg mov (my experience)</div>

<div>Both Hap and pjpg use QuickTime for playback, therefore the audio also uses it.</div>
<div>Perhaps recompressing to a Directshow codec will help in that the audio will pay via a new engine.</div>
