The director did not like the 200Euro pricetag for NI-mate. UUgh. So now i have 10 days to make a motion controlled particle genertaor. Any tips would be appreciated. I would like to make it simple so that a camera looking at a stage will excite the particles, i have just not fooled with particles yet.</p>

Especially to <a class="plugin-mentions-user plugin-mentions-a" href="https://community.troikatronix.com/uid/58">@particlep</a> for your tutorial videos. I'm new to the program. I'm a musician who plays Tuned Glass. I'll be using eMotion with the Leap Motion to capture my hand data and create visual effects during live performance. Any of you have answers to these questions? 1. Is there a way to to save settings in the Current Tool Options? Every time the program closes or crashes I have to rebuild my preferred tool parameters from the default parameters. The same thing happens with window configuration preferences. 2. Actions or scripts that "clear the current layer" frequently crash eMotion. With a 99,999 particle limit, it needs to be cleared frequently. Have any of you solved this problem? A "fade out and reset" script was suggested above. 3. Though Leap Motion is set to operate with programs running in the background, eMotion seems to lose communication with the Leap Motion if eMotion is running in the background. Any solutions? 4. I have eMotion version 0.7.7 Is there a Mac OS version that this version of eMotion is optimized for? I am using a Macbook Pro Mavericks, 10.9.5 And my Leap Motion is updated to the latest version.</p>
