Anybody can help me. I try to find a way to count color dot (red, blue, green) make by laser pointer on a wall. 

is it a way to do that with Isadora ?

Depending how large the dots are you could do that with a usb camera, chroma key to select the color and the eyes++ actors. There you have the obj. count output.
