I looked at the Examples 2.2 available to install from the downloads page. I noticed they did not function particularly well and was advised that they are not intended as examples for Isadora 3 but the previous release Isadora 2.

Some updating might be required.

these were a sequence of scene examples found in examples 2.2. actually, a lot of scenes to review for further study after going through the isadora tutorials if new to the software. somehow, I confused the titles of the

scenes as the name of new actors. alls good.

Which example are you looking at?
Are these User Actors (can you double click to open them further)?
Many of our examples need to be updated, this is something we hope to do soon, so some may include actors from Isadora V2 or even V1.
Isadora 3 focuses on the high performance GPU video actors. Old example files may be including CPU based actors which are no longer recommended.
