</blockquote><p>As with any issue, (especially urgent ones) we prefer that you create a support ticket so that more of our team can see it, so we can act more quickly, and so that we can more easily converse with you. It's also much better for us if you can send us crash logs in tickets with as much information about your setup, the issue, etc, as possible.</p>
