Terribly sorry about this. I introduced this problem when updating the pre-release so that it was in coordination with the "Release Notes" page for the current pre-release. (As seen here: http://troikatronix.com/isadora-1-3-0f25-release-notes/)
The main download page at http://troikatronix.com/download/isadora-download/ will give you 1.3.0f24 again.

Luckily I found that I had it archived in a installers folder... good to be a digital horder.
