<![CDATA[[SOLVED] Codec-Problem. HAP stopped working on Windows Isadora]]>Hi,

I am have a codec-problem on Isadora on Windows10. 

When I programmed my project, I used HAP-movs and it played smooth and in synch. Now I came back to the venue and no HAP is working any more. I am not sure, when I did the last update to 3.0.8 (which I needed for the sound-routing). Anyhow, no codec is working except h.264.

No Mov-Hap, no Avi-Hap, no ProRes, no mpeg2. Only h264 and with those it's imposible to get my videos in synch it seems.

Any advice is highly appreciated...

Hap is installed and registered along with Isadora. If something causes a failure during install, it's possible the codecs which are registered could be corrupted.
It sounds like re-installing Isadora corrected the issue.

Reinstalling Isadora helped.

How could that have happened?

I thought that Isadora installed the HAP codec. Might be worth reinstalling Isadora?
