<![CDATA[[ANSWERED / SOLVED] No stage output on Isadora 3.0.7]]>I have a movie player attached to a projector with the video playing (I can hear it playing). But I cannot see it. No visual at all.  What am I doing wrong?

It is an mp4, 835x1200 pixels (vertical video).

Version 3.0.7 will not work on Big Sur (no output on the stage). If you have Big Sur you have to upgrade Isadora.

That sounds like a really capable machine. If you are not in the middle of preparing for a show you could consider upgrading Isadora to the latest version 3.1.1. and see if that helps.

However, if you require to continue working with Isadora 3.0.7, I suggest you open a support ticket and get the team to assist you with finding a solution.

Can you provide your computer system information i.e. what model and year, what Operating System number?

Hi,

Have you seen any other videos working in Isadora on your system?

Here is a test patch, linked below, that plays a video and another scene with a non-video animation. You can download and try this patch to see if it works on your system? If you are seeing the 'rosette' video try placing your video into the video bin and playing it through the test patch. Does it appear or not?

Are your stages showing? Menu -> output-> show stages? (Or ctrl/Cmd + G)
