[ANSWERED] Import 3d model
-
Hello, I try to import a 3d model (3ds). But in Isadora it says no polygons. If I open the file in a different program there are polygons. I also exported the model in a different file format and used a web tool to save it in 3ds. It still not works. Any suggestion? Thanks!

Thanks so much for those two videos, Graham: such clear and concise directions. Really easy to understand how this works and how you have to set it up to work.

It is great to see the Blender add-on for 3DS file format support again. It appears in the Blender 4 release (current release).
Therefore, any Blender version after 2.8 and up to 3.5 does not include the 3DS add-on.
Best Wishes

You are welcome. As a lecturer I do try and be clear and concise - but I was doing these ad-hoc and un-rehearsed haha. Thanks though. Appreciate it.

Yeah, it seemed to appear in Version 4. I'm very pleased - perfect timing too!
