Default User Icon and Other Forum Tweaks

Dear All,

As you may have noticed, I continue to tweak the forum to improve it's look and feel (At least, in _my_ opinion it's better... but that's a point for discussion.)

I resized and changed the "file" icon for attachments, so that it would take up less space and fit the black & green theme a bit better.

I also created a default user icon (i.e., profile picture) for everyone, because I was annoyed at the way things wouldn't line up when no icon was present. 

If you have thoughts about any of this, or other comments about the look and feel of the forum please comment away.

Yea I like the default avatar! Noticed it right away as it makes everything fit correctly.
