image moves to the right when projected
-
Hi there, I hope someone can help here.
Yesterday, I made a simpel setup for a friend, to execute a number of videos from Isadora, so she could make the fades between videos live in ther performance.
Unfortunately, when we moved the file to her computer (from my Mac Studio to her Lenovo T470) something happened in the projection. The projection of the video from her computer is moved towards the right, that means, you can only see about half of the projection and also it is zoomed in, when it comes out of the projector. This doesnt show in IsadoraI don't know her computer, so I am not sure what to do, but maybe someone here knows the problem or has an idea?
Any suggestions?
Any help is very much apreciated:)
All the best

What does the preview windows shows? (Output -> Force Stage Preview)
If is shows the picture correct, there might be two reasons.
1. Most projectors offer the possibility of scaling and cropping the input. Maybe try a full reset of the projector settings.
What projector is used?2. Some GPUs offer a scaling and manipulation of the output. Check the GPUs settings software (Nvidia or AMD)

I think I saw something like this once before.
If it’s a Mac laptop and you have two external displays connected, go into Mac’s Display Settings and move the main display so that it’s in between the external ones in terms of arrangement.

Well I moved it with the same projector to another computer, so it should not be the projector, as my mac shows it just right... and the preview looks fine:)

Hmmm its not a mac, but a Lenovo, but I could try. As fasr as I remember, there is only one external display.
