I have bought the app for Mac and tested it with iphone 4S, 5S and different routers. Works like a charm :-)

Could I use AirServer in conjunction with an Ad Hoc network setup to allow selected audience members to send video from Android or iOS devices to Izzy Syphon server for immediate projection during the performance? Anyone with experience?

Not tested with Android yet, used 3 video streams (max 4), iphone ipad macbook to Mac mini , best AppleTV. very good :))

I have experimented AirServer with an ad-hoc network, and it works just fine with two iphones simultaneously, no lag at all. Some apps resize automatically, so I had to divide the screen between the different syphon stream in Isadora accordingly.
