10.9.3 OSX beta issue?

I've a MacBookPro 13" retina running 10.9.3 beta, hooked up to a HD Projector.   The stage presents with the menu bar in place on the second screen.

The issue does not arise with a different MBPro running 10.9.2\.    Any thoughts?

This actually is in 10.9.2\. But you must have had the option disabled already. Read here:
