I know very little about sound design, I stick to lights and video. That said, I have no end of respect for the sound designers I work with and was as annoyed as they were to learn about the sound design awards being axed from the Tonys.

Anyway, I came across this excellent response from the creators of Q-lab; I think the sentiment crosses very much into our world as well so I thought I'd share it on here.
