I would like to be able to choose the color of the Comment Actor. To give better overview over complicated patches.

        Dear Ubik,

Your best bet to get this paid attention to is to send a formal "Feature Request" via the form at http://troikatronix.com/support/isadora/
We've probably 30+ on file right now, and will be considering these once 2.0 is out the door and things settle down a bit.
However, my suggestion for this is the ability to define something I would probably call an "area" in the Scene Editor. You would be able to drag a rectangle and make it whatever color you like. Unless you click a special modifier, clicking on it wouldn't move it. And it would always be drawn behind the actors. That probably is pretty close to what you're looking for, given that using the Comment actor to do the above function is a workaround.
Anyway... send the request. It won't get forgotten that way, and you'll have a better chance to see it in the next update. (I'm pretty sure others have already suggested it, but a higher frequency of requests for the same thing tells us something.)
        Best Wishes,
        Mark

It would be a handy little feature; even if you could only pick between 5 or 6 colours.
