Installer does not work on windows

hello everybody.
in my case i updated from 2.0.5 to 2.1, and try to install the new tt-freefram-gl-installer.exe .
but it doesn´t matter what i´m doing, it allways appears a message that there is another version of this application and i should remove it.
BUT i can not find anything like that in the control panel section programms and features.
i run on win7ultimate.

I had this happen as well.

Searching for it in my 'Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features' turned it up. (left from a pete plugins I think)

I uninstalled it, and installed the new plugins without any issue.
