      @bruper

      Please delete Isadora and the Isadora Prefs files you find them in: Users/yourName/Library/Preferences

      Then re-install Isadora. Does this help?

          @bruper 2.1 has a problem with os x 10.8, you have to use 2.0.5

          if your patches are all ready saved as 2.1 it is worth to write a mail @mark

                  Problem solved by Mark "the Great"

                  "..

                  There is a VDIG (video digitizer) component that is crashing Isadora. It is some kind of old version of the Epoccam drivers.
                  Remove this file
                  /Library/QuickTime/SoftVDigX.component/Contents/MacOS/SoftVDigX " ____

                  Don't know why it never bother before, it must have being installed in India when suddenly the main partition was not launching any more.

                  thank you all

                    That's good to know. What a pain. Strange how one little component can crash a software!

                        This caught me out last night.

                        Ive had the plug-in in my components for ages... no issues and then all of a sudden I had the exact same issue!
