      I did submit a big report with this but here is the problem. I just installed 2.2.2 on a brand new Mac Pro running OSC 10.11.6. It gives me an error when it starts and will not accept my USB key registration code. I changed the permissions as suggested in the knowledge base. No go. Here is a copy of the error report:

        I attached two more pix of the errors I get when trying to open 2.2.2 it seems the issue is with the hasp key. Why I run 2.1 there is no problem. Again, running 10.11.6.  8b35ff-hasp-issue.tiff 2a4ad6-hasp-issue-2.tiff

            @selittle

            You should file a formal bug report with these error messages (see my signature for the link), we can't help you in the forum very efficiently.

                Ok, thanks. One other thing. Our IT department doesn't install OS X from an Apple Install, they install with an image. Don't know if this has anything to do with anything.

                  Hey, I fixed it.  it had something to do with my icloud account preferences. I couldn't get my icloud account to work, researched that problem and when I fixed that, suddenly my Isadora problem fixed itself.  So no need for your help!

                  Thanks!
