I see that after I setup a mapper view (setting the zoom and input and output view preferences, window size etc) it sticks for that isadora file. it would be great to set global preferences, i.e I could make a setup and every time I open the mapper it would start with those settings, but remember if I changed it.

You could save an empty project with the wanted settings like a preset and open this instead of file -> new.

It seems that it comes when I enable the mapper on a stage, so the empty project needs to have a projector and mapper for every stage. I guess that is an OK workaround but I noticed some other events triggering the mapper reset my last view settings in the mapper window. I need to investigate more but it is something about user actors.
