      Hello,

I have a show going up in two days and last night Isadora began crashing randomly and inconsistently when I moved in between scenes. An important thing to note is that none of the crashes created a dialogue window. Isadora just immediately quits to the desktop with no chance to file a crash report or any sort of error message.

      Information:

      Computer Info:
      Make: Apple
      Model: Mac Pro (Late 2013)
OS: OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.6
      Processor: 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
      Memory: 64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC
      Startup Disk: Macintosh HD
Graphics: AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB
      Owned by: Lucas Wilson-Spiro

      Isadora License Info:
      USB Key Mac
      Vers: 2.4.5b20

      Resolutions Used:
      (2x) Monitors: 1600x1200
      FOH Proj: Display 2, 1920x1200
      Cables: VGA with VGA-to-TB adaptors

      Paripherals:
1 USB Hub (to keep the USB Key away from the hot Mac Pro)
      1 Wireless Logitech Mouse (M315) - https://goo.gl/ypGKiE
      1 Wireless Logitech Keyboard (K750) - https://goo.gl/NXYYMJ

      Media:

It seemed like these two pieces of my media were causing the crash, so I stuck them in a test patch with a movie player and a unmapped projector actor.
(I'll post a link to a google drive folder once it finishes uploading)
[Edit: Here's the link to the google drive folder with the test patch, media, and 3 most recent crash reports (gathered using the apple script from the Isadora Support page.)
For awhile, I could consistently reproduce the crash by just clicking a few times on the scene list to switch between the scenes, but it has since stopped doing that. Seemingly, the issue is gone, but I don't know why it was happening or if it really is resolved. I'm converting my media from .mp4 to Apple Pro Res this afternoon, but any assistance to help diagnose and fix the problem before we open on Thursday night would be greatly appreciated.

      Best wishes,

      Woland

        @Woland

I have a beta that we'll make into a release by Thursday. I've sent you an email with the links. I am 99% sure it will solve your issue, because it solved a  problem with the same description for two other users. Please let us know if the problems continue after upgrading.

        Best Wishes,
        Mark
