      Hi,

I'm currently trying to register a copy of Isadora with my account details.  My serial number starts with ISM but when i enter it through the software i see it says ISW.  It's failing to register and i believe this is why, can anyone advise?

You have a Macintosh license, and that only works on Macintosh computers. You can't use the same license to register on Windows. As @Skulpture said, open a support ticket. We allow you users to switch platforms, but only once to so as avoid a massive amount of support overhead on our part.
