MTC Input Issue?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get Izzy to work with MTC. I've tried two different MTC sources and it seems like Izzy sees the output the same, illustrated in the attached photo. Both in Status and Monitor I see a constant stream when I'm sending MTC but MTC Reader only responds when I hit stop on the sending device, it does not see it in real time. I'm wondering if what I'm seeing in Monitor looks like correct MTC and, if so, how I can make MTC Reader see it in real time. I should also note that I can't get other Actors like MTC Compare to work either.
