Is there a way to add a mask in the mapping interface. For example if I would like to map the arc de triomphe with a square image, I would want to add a round mask inside the arch. Or do I have to do the masking outside of the map tool?

I am not sure if this is right for you, but I made something that achieves a kind of arc mask, but it is just the composite mapper and the a circle with a negative mode. You can add more points to any of the shapes for more precision.  932d0c-arch-mask.izz
