      Hi Ryan,

      Thank you for making the tutorial video available. What a fantastic resource! It is really useful to see how you create programmatic efficiencies in your patching. The daisy chaining that allows a single control point for a series of parameters is really good as it is not an intuitive operation.

      If you would like some feedback - my preference would be to have the tutorial in two sections. The first culminating at the conclusion of the animation and before adding Color. In bite size segments. Anyway, more intermediate to advanced tutorials like this one are really appreciated.

      Best wishes

        I appreciate the feedback. I plan to do more (one per week maybe). To fit my schedule they really need to be sort of Live Patching (with a plan).
        I think I will try to do many smaller/mini projects, keeping to ~15-20 mins is probably best.
        As well as try to take on some common problems.. Not sure... pretty open to suggestions really :)

              Thank you. Very helpful. I am trying to morph a square to a circle. Ultimately I want to work in 3D and morph a cube into a sphere. Yikes!!😳

                Great tutorial and I learn a few more tricks. Thanks! I have two questions:
                How do you keep the Stage Preview inside the box on the left?
                How you do connect the Colorizer actor without disconnecting and connecting the cable? It seems that you just snap it on?
                Have a good day!

                  @chumcw

                  1. the stage preview is added as a Control (Stage Preview) and then I have the view set to Actor/Control Split (listed under the view menu)
                  2. The colorize actor can be Hot Linked, into the cable, because, A. the cable is flat/horizontal, B. HotLinking is enabled (option under View Menu), C. the dataTypes of the Cord and the TOP input/outputs match.

                        I played around a bit and tried to attached a small circle at the end of a 2D line and realized that the vertical positions of the Line and Shapes are 'opposite' to each other.  I can 'attach' the circle to the line after multiplying it with negative 1.  Why aren't they the same?

                          just use a limit scale value with inverted min an max to fix it

                            Yes, it's simple to fix but why is the Y / vertical environment is reversed?

                                  We can dance if we want to,
                                  we can leave your friends behind.
