I find Isadora to be impressively stable with my system. However it has the tendency to unexpectedly quit when external usb audio device becomes unplugged.I'm using Apogee duet audio interface. Is this normal behaviour or is it just my system. This can be catastrophic in performance.

one thing to check: in preferences>video, do you have External Video Output enabled? If the checkbox isn't checked to disable Stage Mirroring, then Izzy becomes hyper-sensitive to plugging/unplugging devices or starting/quitting other apps. The Stage Mirroring is useful when using something like a thunderbolt display adapter (i use a BlackMagic Mini Monitor to get SDI out of my Mac) but I haven't found another use for it. it is disabled by default.

            I hope this helps,

external video output is disabled as per default state, so that doesn't seem to be the issue, but thanks for the tip anyway.
