It would be lovely to have some options with patch cords:

      1. The ability (default) to send them to the back - so they are behind actors. It is always a paint to have the patch cords go over the top of actors.
      2. The ability (default) for the patch cords to perhaps be an s-curve rather than a straight line.
      3. Some sort of graphic detail that indicated the direction of the flow of data of the patch cord.
      4. Ability to grab multiple patch cords on an output or input to re-route them to another output/input. This will save a bunch of time rather than having to connect say 10 outbound patch cords all over again. Would be lovely if this had a keyboard shortcut/hotkey to select.

that would be lovely indeed. especially

"Ability to grab multiple patch cords on an output or input to re-route them to another output".

there's a somehow similar issue regarding broadcasters/listeners. I sometime use them to reduce clutter from patchcords. (these actors minimize well)

especially when having to patch an output to many inputs.

It would be real nice to have  broadcaster/listener actors that only work inside a scene (including macros inside the scene).

else one has to be very careful with the numbers ans sometimes one ends up renumbering a lot of broadcaster/listener(s).
