[SOLVED] nothing in the output stage window,why?

I only drag one video to edit window ,but it is nothing on the output stage.  it display normally when the mouse move over the output line , the video is playing normally, the image is displaying .   why?

Mac os High sierra , mac pro  2.7 G 12-core xeon E5, AMD firepro D700 6144 MB  , Isadora V2.61.

What codec is the video, did you try changing "optimize" from performance to interaction?

I don't why .  it is no question for video codec, the output of  "picture player"  is nothing on the stage window.

It is important for us to know what codec you are using. And sometimes it can help switching the optimize settings.

and is it a fresh install of Isadora? Did it work before with the same Isadora version?

Hi Michel,Thank you.

This video codec is h.264.   but the picture player does not work too. 

now i am in home, the isadora v2.6.` in PC windows 10 has the same error.  but it is work in isadora v2.2.2 in the same machine. 

the isadora softwares is all fresh install.   

in above screenshot, it is ok, in isadora v 2.2.2 ( same machine ,same picture with below srceenshot)

but when i run isadora v2.6.1,  It displays the error message box.  I dont figure it out by reinstall it.

and in this V2.6.1, the picture / video /particals does not display on the stage output, as the same as in mac pro of my office. why?
