      Love to see an option (if it doesn't already exist) that allows one to scrub to a point in the movie player where you want the movie to start, and set an in point. I know we can adjust the play start position, but it would be great to be able to scrub to that precise point...

              Hi Alex

              maybe you tried already- if you use the control panel you can use a slider and connect it to the position input of the movie player. you can use snapshot (which you can update) to set the in point- be aware that all other parameters will be "snapshoted" as well. i use this very often for rehearsals.

              otherwise you can try with trigger value as well

                FYI: I find that putting a float to integer actor in between the value and the position can help sometimes.
