[ANSWERED] Purchasing a USB key upgrade from V2 to V3
-
I went to buy the upgrade to V3 for my 2 usb keys. The form requires the ISM or ISW codes, but as far as I know USB keys do not have this kind of info. I do have the long registration codes that are needed to active the USB keys on a machine, but these are not needed. The only ISM style registration I got with my USB licences was a temporary license. How is it actually possible to purchase USB key upgrades from V2 to V3?

All Isadora 1 and 2 USB Key licenses are associated with an ISM (Mac) or ISW (Windows) + Serial Number. This ISM/ISW+[Serial #] is the information we use to track the license in our database, which is why we require this information in order to process the upgrade. (Isadora 3 USB Key Licenses have ISA-[Serial #])
As you stated, this license information is included in the emails you received. The following types of emails are the ones that will contain this information:
- Email received after purchasing a new Isadora 1 USB Key Edition License
- Email received after purchasing a crossgrade from an Isadora 1 Standard Edition License to an Isadora 1 USB Key Edition License
- Email received after purchasing an upgrade from a Isadora 1 USB Key Edition License to an Isadora 2 USB Key Edition License
- Email received after purchasing a new Isadora 2 USB Key Edition License
- Email received after purchasing a crossgrade from an Isadora 2 Standard Edition License to an Isadora 2 USB Key Edition License
- Email received after inquiring about the registration information associated with your Isadora 1 or Isadora 2 USB Key Edition License
If you cannot find your Isadora 1 or Isadora 2 Registration Information, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature.

Actually, please just submit a ticket instead of buying the upgrade. You're part of the beta Platinum group so it may be that you still have free upgrades left (I'll need to check my records). Submitting the ticket will be easier than giving you a refund if we haven't processed your beta rewards yet.
