      So, I just got off a call from my head of video on a show I have running currently. Upon start up today they had a variety of major problems. Go triggers and jumps weren't working and a lot of intermittent crashes when trying to troubleshoot. We rolled back the date on the computer to 2019 and things seems to go back to working normally (fingers crossed). There are only 3 days left in the run so it is fine to live in the past for another week, but I'm curious if anyone else has seen this going from 2019 to 2020. It's run without major incident for a month and a half (almost 40 shows), but today is the first show day in 2020...

      I didn't get a chance to upgrade to 3.0.7 to check if that would fix it, I'm also not at the theatre for the rest of the run so won't get a chance to pull crash logs or any useful diagnostic reports.

      Thanks very much.

      Cheers,

      Cam.

        Yes, I have just dealt with a couple support tickets related to this and had informed Mark just a few minutes ago.
        The issue appears to be limited to Isadora 3.0.6 (perhaps earlier) and macOS Mojave and Catalina.

        All reports and my testing, seem to show that Isadora 3.0.7 is immune to the issue.

          Dear All,

          I have just been alerted to this issue. It's later here but I will try to find out what's going as soon as I can tomorrow, Jan 3.

          Best Wishes,

            First, I can report that 3.0.7 solves this problem. It is limited to 3.0.6.

            But I will say that I am sorry that you again had trouble on this production. The crash report sent by the other user is rooted in the same one that you experienced when we sorted through this a couple of months ago with you. The switch over to 2020 exacerbated the issue and if you intend to keep running this show, you will either 1) keep the clock set back as you did or upgrade to 3.0.7. You should make sure not to use to 3.0.6 from this point forward.

              @mark

              The show closes tomorrow so I think they are fine to stay in 2019. I've upgraded all my other computers to 3.0.7 so moving forward that should be fine.

              Thanks so much!

              Cheers,

              Cam.
