​[ANSWERED] Isadora 3 web activation install on machine where Isadora 2 USB dongle is installed.

On another student's install, she installed the rental Isadora 3 web activation install on her machine where Isadora 2 USB dongle is installed. She doesn't have the dongle with her (COVID travel issue) and the Izzy v 3 install wants a dongle, and won't let her activate over the web. Ideas on that one?

Hi there John, 

Isadora has two seperate versions for the USB Dongle version and the normal online license version. Please make sure that the student has installed the regular version for the Online activation to work correctly.
