I have a couple of feature requests. Probable the biggest one is to update the old FF Wave actor. It is so beautiful and has a powerful emotional resonance I have not been able to recreate using any alternative. I've created my own new wave actor for running in 3 using the Motion blur actor and a sound level watcher to give it a more fluid character, but the motion blur actor has a problem in that it bleachs out the figures most of the time. I have not been able to find a work around for that. Another more subtle problem is that the motion really is a blur rather than the ripples on a pond esque movement of the FFwave actor. I realize it is only one actor and everyone is really busy but I think not having it in the tool box is limiting artist expression. I gave it a shot with my limited programming chops, but alas came up short. My other requests tie into the broader remote performance project. When I was using Max (limiting in many other ways) you could export a project as an AP as one option for saving. This made it possible to bundle a project onto a highspeed portable hard drive and send it halfway around the world for a show (together with specs for what hardware would be needed to play it) SUPER handy! The application player (MaxRunTime and everything needed was all bundled in one place. Another program feature I think would be helpful would be a "remove unused assets" command when saving a final project. That is something you can do in Premiere and again I think it would be super helpful in conjunction with a "save as an AP" or "Export as a project" feature.  In Max if I am remembering correctly the export as a project feature creates new asssets folders that can be exported onto a portable hard drive together with MaxRunTime (the player) and the project file. It takes a couple more steps on the users' side to open and run but if I am remembering correctly is a somewhat more robust way to go. I'm already experimenting with remote performances. If anyone wants to follow my progress the can follow my instagram @nandadagostino  Can't thank you enough for this magical platform

        Hi there @nandada,

Welcome to the Isadora community. Just so that we have an discussion regarding your wonderfull suggestions, please make an seperate topic for each suggestion that you have. That way we keep the discussion and also all the wonderfull ideas that you have organized :) (+ The devs will notice your seperate ideas)

@Juriaan is correct about creating a seperate topic for each idea. This helps us to organize our list and other users can upvote the individual ideas which helps us to rate how important they are.

I will say one thing regarding the MAX runtime: if you put a copy of Isadora on that drive, and then the .izz file and media together in a folder, you get almost the same thing. The user would simply double-click the .izz file you've prepared, it will open Isadora in demo, and they can run everything you've created. They just won't be able to save any changes. While it is not bundled into it's own application, it ends up working the same.

          Best Wishes,
          Mark
