[LOGGED] Ability to add links in comments

Hi there, 

I love to make plugins for the Isadora community. Sometimes I have the need to add links to comments to for example the Plugin page, a Community thread, a Github issue or a certain license. 

It would be great if the links inside comments would be clickable, so that you dont have to copy the URL.

@Michel is right, we should talk about it. But it's also an invitation to spammers unfortunately. In any case, it will be discussed.

Yes adding clickable links in Comments actors. Just like we can make a certain piece of text bold
