Hi,
Yes I have had this situation quite a few times. The remedy has always been to delete the Isadora preference files. There is a help reference article about how to do it on Mac or Windows.

Please try resetting your Isadora Preferences. To do so:
- Quit Isadora
- In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder...
- Enter this text: ~/Library/Preferences
- Select any and all files that start with the name "Isadora Prefs..." together
- Right-Click on the Isadora Prefs files you have highlighted and select "Compress" (this will create a file called "Archive.zip" which will serve as a backup of your preference files)
- Delete any and all files that start with the name "Isadora Prefs..."
- Empty the trash
- Restart Isadora
Please note that the "~" at the beginning of the file path in Step 3 *is* important to include.
If the issue persists after deleting the Isadora Preferences files and you want your old Isadora Preferences files back:
- Quit Isadora
- In Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder...
- Enter this text: ~/Library/Preferences
- Double-click the file "Archive.zip" (this will create a folder called "Archive")
- Open the folder "Archive" and move all of the files inside to ~/Library/Preferences
- After moving the files, delete the folder "Archive" and the file "Archive.zip"
- Empty the trash
- Restart Isadora
Please note that the "~" at the beginning of the file path in Step 3 *is* important to include.

There is another known bug in Isadora 3.0.7 where it will crash when attempting to check for updates if you have certain of our TroikaTronix Official plugins from the Plugins Page installed.
If deleting the Preferences doesn't help, please do this
1) Turn off WiFi or otherwise ensure you are not connected to the Internet
2) Boot Isadora -- if it succeeds in booting, the go to Warnings > Automatic Updates > Automatically Check for New Versions and set the popup menu to "None"
3) Click OK and Quit Isadora
4) Restore Internet connection
5) Reboot Isadora

@mark in my desperation yesterday night I re-instal Isadora and worked perfect...Now I recall that i saw a pop sign that said something about new plugins before the colapse... so you were right about it.
Anyway do you recomend to turn off updates ? and also delet preferences for a "new refresh" ?
Thanks a lot !

Yes. you need to turn off the updates, This bug is fixed in our internal beta, but it's there in 3.0.7. When it tries to check again, it will crash.
As far as the "new refresh", I don't think you need that to deal with this problem. But Isadora does import older preferences if there is no preference file for the version you're opening.
For example, if you're opening Isadora 3.0.7 and there is no file called "Isadora Prefs 3.0.7.izp", it will look for an older preference, e.g., "Isadora Prefs 3.0.2.izp", and load the preferences from that file. If you really want to start totally clean, you'd want to delete all files starting with "Isadora Prefs" and ending with ".izp"
