Realsense Mac OS

Hi there,
I'm struggling to get the Realsense updater working.

I downloaded the installer package you shared and am following the prompts.

I downloaded the most recent firmware (version 5.12.11.0 released 2.16.2021)

When I try to unzip that .bin file, I get an error message "Unable to expand...it is an unsupported format"

Any help is greatly appreciated and I'm sorry if this is silly question!

There seems to be some problem, perhaps with the latest firmware for the camera.

I am looking into it and will be posting my findings to this thread as I sort out this problem. Please look there for updates.

I am locking this topic so everyone will gather in the other thread.
