video on hold (freeze frame)

Hello everyone

I am new here and I have tried to find some info about this problem but search was not successful.

I just started with the very connecting a Movie Player to the Projector after importing video files in mp4 and avi format

and the problem is that movie holds on the first frame of the file but sound and anything else keeps running.

if i pause the video and then "un-pause" then the frame moves to that position of the movie but it continues freeze

any idea of what's going on?
