[ANSWERED / TICKET] ElGato capture and Izzy Crashing

Upon using an elgato capture card for the video in watcher the video never starts. When toggling off/on the enable Izzy crashes. This has been happening for months. In a pinch I created a work around by using the ElGato 4k capture utility and enabled the NDI link and used the NDI actor to get the HDMI feed, but only in a pinch. This doesn't happen with previous versions of Izzy, just the most recent one. For show in Sat I have rolled back the version to the 3.0.7. but in the future I don't know how to get everything to work properly.

Please open a support ticket. One of us will work with you to determine why 3.0.7 works for your and not the latest release.
