Purchasing Windows - What version should I get?

I am building a windows machine for visualization (vectorworks vision) and after finally deciding on a pile of gear to assemble I am now wondering what windows version to buy
Windows 10 pro for 20 bucks
or Windows 10 pro for 150 bucks
or Windows 10 Pro for 15 Bucks
What do I look out for? I can't tell what's missing in the 15 bucks version....

If the Windows Version you get, is a windows 10 Pro, than it is what is says. The price doesn't mean any functional differences. The prices are a kind of discounts. What you buy is a licence, which should work with any official Windows 10 Pro copy.
