Can't get BM Intensity Shuttle Usb 3.0. signal into ISADORA

Re: [Blackmagic](/topic/1971/blackmagic)
Hi there,
I've got the same issue as the one referred in the post mentioned above.
I'm trying to feed the output from a DAHUA surveillance system into ISADORA. I've done it before with the exact same hardware, well not exactly. Firmware of the DAHUA has been upgraded, since the former firmware had a serious bug in accessing camera configuration. Also Windows had to be reinstalled since I had a hard disk crash. Nevertheless the configuration is basically the same and should work.I've tried it in two different Windows 10 boots on the same computer, running ISADORA 3.2.2 and 3.0.8 respectively.
In 3.2.2 the input drop down is set to NTSC and greyed out (can't change it). In 3.0.8. I can set it to either NTSC or PAL.
I can output several different formats from my DAHUA and I can see most of them in BM Media Express, but can't see anything in ISADORA (I've tried all offered options).
Anyone any idea(s) of what I could try? Thanks.

in the Live Capture settings what options do you have for drivers? If you have both Windows and Blackmagic, try the other one and see if that helps! If you can see the input in Media Express you should be able to see it in Isadora.

Hi @mark_m. Thank you for the comment. I already tried both. Actually there are three. Windows, Windows Modern and BM. Did not get any image into ISADORA though. Anyway I was a bit in a hurry and might have missed something. I could not test it today. Will try again tomorrow afternoon/night.
But I'm with you in that if I get it into Media Express, Isadora should be able to see it as well... I do not want to go through OBS to capture the Media Express output and send it to ISADORA.
I'll post again tomorrow with hopefully good news. -
Hello again,
I seem to have "kind of" solved the issue. It happens on Isadora 321 and 322. Isadora 320 is fine, same as 311 and 308.
First I got it running under 308 after finding the control panel for Blackmagic (not that evident) and somehow I forgot since it was a long time ago I used it.
Since on that w10 partition I had also older BM drivers (10.2) I downgraded the drivers from the other partition running Izz 322, but that did not help. I reinstalled 322 which didn't help either and finally downgraded Isadora, et voilà... it works, even with the newer BM drivers (12.3).Summarising, in Isadora 322 NTSC remains greyed out and since I can't change it, I can't make it work. Same on 321. Older than that, everything seems to be fine.
Cheers,
Gaspar
