Im using the build in webcam as wel as a panasonic camera connected to blackmagic design mini recorder.

I have done the procedure several times again with no result.

                Dear Woland,

I had like to notify you that the problem any video is not been represented in de Mapping/Preview and sound are playing.

Could it be their that im missing a program or the link between image and its presentation in isadora.

Here an other screenshot of a basic video set up and the info on my computer

At the moment, no, but we're investigating.

                      dear Woland,

The theater i am working was closed for the summer.

We are taking back the work.

I notice Isadora is still not working on the macbookPro of my job.

do you have any news on what the problem might be or how i could figure out what to do?

                      Regards,

                      Oscar

                        @oscarcassamajor

Mark Coniglio, creator of Isadora here. Our team tried to recreate your problem and we could not do so. I use Mojave as my main computer, and I have no problems like this. We have no other reports from Mojave users of this problem.

Do you have only the Intel UHD Graphics 630 Card? Or do you have a high performance card as well, e.g., Radeox 555X or 560X or similar? The picture only shows the Integrated graphics card. The 2018 15" MacBook Pro should have a discrete graphics card as well. If no Radeon is shown, perhaps the hardware is damaged?

Is this checkbox turned on or turned off in the Energy Saver System Preferences?

If it is on, turn it off and reboot. Does this change anything?

That is all we can think of to try to help you.

                        Best Wishes,
                        Mark
