        Hi there Noam,

I asked our Technical support to get back to me regarding the error code that you are describing. A few things that would be great to know:

        • What version of Isadora are you using?
        • Are you on a PC or a Mac? What version of the operating system are you running?
        • What type of camera are we talking about? How is it connected to your PC / Mac? Did you change anything?
        • Are you using converters from USB-C to USB by any chance? Could it be that you added more devices to that so that you don't have enough bandwidth?

As @Juriaan asked, we would need more details before we can offer too much help.

I would start by saying that this may be an issue with the device not being detected correctly by the computer. I would recommend unplugging the device, and rebooting your system. Once fully running again, reattach the device and let the system configure itself. Then open Isadora and see if the device/driver will connect as expected.
