We'll need more information in order to help. Could you please provide the file you are using and a more detailed description of the issue or a screen recording of the issue?

An example of why we need more information: The term "patch" can refer to a single Scene or an entire Isadora file so I can't tell which of the three following things you've tried to do:

        1. Paste an entire Isadora file into a User Actor/Macro somehow --> I don't even know how I'd even begin to go about attempting this in  a single cut-and-paste action if there were multiple Scenes.
        2. Select a Scene in the Scene List, cut it, then try to paste the Scene into a User Actor/Macro --> This wouldn't work either. You'd need to click in the Scene Editor for a Scene, press Cmd/Ctrl+A to select everything, cut it, then go inside a User Actor/Macro and paste it.
        3. Click in the Scene Editor for a Scene, press Cmd/Ctrl+A to select everything, cut it, then go inside a User Actor/Macro and paste it. --> This would work, but depending on what you're trying to paste, it may not immediately show on the Stage Output (for example, if you set the intensity of the Projector actor to initialize at 0, (so you could fade it up as a programmed cue), when you pasted the Projector into the User Actor/Macro the intensity would be '0', so you wouldn't see anything on the Stage until you performed the fade up.

        Best wishes,

        Woland
