      Hi everyone,

I'm putting together a patch to run an exhibition display in the new year and I'd like there to be some element of interactivity for the visitors through a control panel. As I understand it 'Run Only' mode still allows some degree of access to the software (mainly the drop down menus, resizing of windows etc.) - is there any way I can lock everything out completely apart from the control panel itself?

      Thanks,

      Andy

i don't know if there is a specific way to do this yet (i recently put in a feature request for a more flexible approach to displaying control elements) - but there's a hacky way of doing it if you are using 2 screens. in the stage setup menu, make the stage output to the main display, shift your control panel onto the other display and use the view menu to hide all the extra elements, then make your control panel fullscreen.
i don't know if this will carry over to a reboot - i just tried it and had to force quit Isadora to get things back to normal...

Not sure if this still works, but Mark threw together a "Kiosk Mode" setup a while back: https://community.troikatronix.com/topic/843/isadora-full-screen-kiosk-mode-applescript-for-os-x?_=1703077729830
