HASP Error
-
I have been getting this error on the media server I'm working with. Windows 10, 19 12900k 64GB, RTX A5000. It has happened randomly a handful of times during tech while changing cues. Isadora 3.1.1 and 3.2.5

This is an error from the USB Key Driver Isadora uses to check your USB Key – one that has never before been reported to us. I have opened a ticket with the manufacturer of the USB Key to try to find out what the error means. I may need to contact you for further information about your system. I will do that using the email associated with your account here on the forum unless you tell me differently.

The error may be related to the PJlink actor. Yesterday the show did crash at the intermission blackout cue that shutters the projectors

Were you able to submit a crash report via the crash reporter? If so we may be able to find your crash details and get a better sense of the cause.

There was not crash report prompt, however I think I found a solution.
There are two PJlink actors, each controlling a separate projector. I added a 0.3 trigger delay on one of them so the command is not sent at the same time over the network.
Edit...
I take it back, I still crashed on shutter open.
