      Hi,

I have updated an old windows computer to a new one. Running win11 pro and a AMD Radeon Pro VII Graka.

Things went fine so far. But I have problem with an PCIe-USB Hub it seems. It appeared and dissapeared from my device manager. Also or because of this I ran into "not enough ressources" for USB-Webcams. That didn't appear from the beginning. I now deinstalled some USB-Hub Devices in the Device-Manager. They pop up directly again.

      I also updated my AMD-Drivers.

NOW suddenly Isadora crashes as soon as I activate Spoud for a stage in the stage-setup.
That is a huge problem, because 1) I need spoud and 2) all my paches have it setup already. Meaning I can't open my showfiles anymore without Isadora crashing right away.

Please help - at least with the last problem. It is urgent.

      Thank you!

      MacBook Pro 2017
      OSX 10.14.6

        Hey RL,

        Regarding your second point;

        1. Open a new Isadora file
        2. Go to Isadora > Preferences
        3. Disable Activate First scene and instead set it to Don't activate any scene.

Using this method we can now go to Stage settings and disable sprout, if that doesn't work let us know and we can follow-up with you in a ticket.

            Hey Rl,

Thanks for getting back to us.. We would love to dive deeper into this with you.

Could you create a Technical support ticket?

            https://support.troikatronix.com/support/tickets/new

Other then that we can try is the following:

            1. Open a new file
            2. Disable the Isadora engine (Output > Pause Engine)
            3. Now open one of your files.

Let us know or that allows you to open your files

Thanks. I opened a Technical support ticket.

Pausing the engine and then opening would help to desactivate Spout, if it works. Problem is, that I need the Spout feature :(

---> Update: just tried that idea (to pause the engine). Doesn't help as well. Crashes again right away

Alright.. Can you not open the files on an other PC, disable spout there and open the modified file on your new PC?

Regarding needing it, that is the next step and someting that we will pick up with you in the technical support ticket.

With some trouble, I can. (I can deactivate my license and try on another computer.) But what for?

Have you tried deleting the preferences?

                    Cheers,
